novell login on notebook at work and at home?

We login via novell at work, but what do I do when I go home and want to hook up to my home network? How do I get by the novell login?
 
When you get to the screen that asks you for your username and password, select the little checkbox on the bottom left corner of the client screen that says

"Workstation Only"

Enter your user info as normal....
