only problem i can see with it, is you would start to confuse dreams with realility, but when u have lucid dreams, thats a price to pay.
 
I've lucid dreamed after watching Waking Life.
And so did a friend of mine. Weird, huh?
 
supposedly they only happen about 1-2 times on average in a lifetime to a person, so even it it gave you 1 or 2, that would be worth it, if they so rare, just think of it, like a virtual reality, you control solely with your mind, endless things you could do... i really need to find a link to get one for cheap, and in american, no euro stuff, cuz they won't ship here, if my friend gets one, he'll prolly let me borrow tho, and i can see how it is. There is a forum on the web, all about them, they seem cool, here is link for anyone who would like to read more:

If you are really interested in Lucid Dreaming I suggest picking up this book.

 

I had to take a Comunity college course that was partly about lucid dreaming and getting you to control your dreams. Had to read one of Carlos Castaneda's book, about doing peyote with the Indians in New Mexico, weird stuff.
