That is Michael Steele, chairman of the RNC. It is a play on Notorious BIG.

it's unfortunate that it's his face, though i cant think of any better faces atm either. the republican party doesnt currently have a person with enough personality or charisma to be featured on a shirt like that..otherwise i'd buy it. it'd be an awesome shirt.

I agree. I may buy it for my friend who is a staunch republican and a huge Biggie fan, though.

alan keyes, maybe?

personally, i say put bo snerdley's face on it. his position as the official obama criticizer with 100% certified organic slave blood would make him great.

Even if he was well known, you'd still look like a tool regardless of who and what was featured.

no more of a tool than all the nitwits who ran around with "yes we can" shirts.

besides, i could make a minor business out of it, selling them at those tea party things. ^_^

And he's certainly more akin to Biggie in terms of his girth than Michael Steele...

They're retarded in general. Yea, people who wear "Yes we can shirts" are tools. People who wear shirts like "Notorious GOP" are tools.

Why? Because both shirts look gay. Badly.
