Noticeable Difference between 5400RPM and 7200RPM drives?

For everyday use such as loading games, opening .mov files, launching programs would I notice a difference between a 5400RPM drive from Maxtor (the 100GB one) and the 60GXP 7200RPM drive from IBM?
 
Well, for me, I only noticed a very little difference....
So, if the price difference is also little, I won't mind paying the extra for 7200RPM, but if it's a big difference, I'll go for 5400RPM.
