No they are running a experiment with a mad scientist to test out the theory of evolution.

See after using the product for a few years you will see that people will start to bear offspring with wider mouth.

I noticed the wide mouth cans on dew first, then it started going to the others, it took awhile to get used to the change though from the old style to the wide style.
