I got one of these about a month ago. I started to download the trailer for Charlie Wilson's war, then realized what I was downloading was NOT the trailer. I literally had the download running no more than 3-4 minutes or so. The next day or so, I had a letter from Comcast.

<shrugs> I haven't heard anything else, and since I stopped it so quickly, I was not too concerned.

Besides, I'm not about to download a movie that someone filmed with a camera in a theater, anyway.

I thought torrents began uploading as soon as they started downloading? File is split into gangs and gangs of little chunks, and as soon as one chunk is on your computer, that chunk can start uploading to others, no?
