Notice anything strange about claim 9?

I guess the inventor never read the app. If he had, claim #9 would have been removed. Not very professional, but it is stink'n funny. 😀
 
I've heard of students doing that type of thing in term papers, but I didn't know lawyers did it, too. 😀
 
No... 11 is fine.

It says that the advanced interface allows the user to select a custom image, but the standard interface does not.
