Sounds good...I was going to go to the San Gennaro Festival festival this weekend for sausage and peppers this weekend, but it looks like its going to rain. 🙁

Yea... this weekend may be a big wash. May not be good for the festival or the Yankees/Red Sox series (go Red Sox! :evil😉

Plenty of good food at the festival too and had some DINNER last year with some friends at Umbertoooooooooooooooooooooooooo's Clam House

Little Italy in manhattan eh... no love for Little Italy in the Bronx??!!! C'mon man.. lots of great italian shops at Arthur Ave!!

Oops, I forgot to list one other ingredient:

some Classico pasta sauce. Tonight it will be Red Wine & Fine Herbs.

Mmmmm it looks so good!

Would be better with dried tomatoes, garlic, etc.

you've obviosly never smelled/eaten 18hr smoked venison rump roast marinated every 15min. in Thousand Island Italian dressing.
Sorry, no.

I have had venison before and even a moose roast. Never any venison smoked though.
no problem it's pretty rare around here too, but oh my god you feel like taking it out of the smoker bare handed (to hell with worrying about burning your hands) after about 12hrs of smelling it (at 18 hrs though the meat is still uber juicy, and has fallen off the bone). Italian sausage is good tho and much easier to get.

edit: I can't wait to go deer hunting, I'm really starting to crave venison again after talking about it.
