Nothing on the monitor

Athlon XP 1700+
EPoX 8RDA+ Rev. 1.1
GeForce 3 Ti200
15" Monitor

Yesterday I was playing Diablo 2 and my computer sudden turned off. When I turn it on, the EPoX motherboard LED displays FF and the lights for the onboard LAN blinks. I can hear the hard drive start and cdrom spin but I get nothing on the monitor. When I turn the monitor on, it makes the sound it makes like it's going into "power off" in Windows. I reinserted the video card and reset the BIOS but that didn't seem to help. When the computer starts my watercooling works properly but the CPU block and underside of the GPU feels the same as if it were off.

Any suggestions? I hope this isn't a broken monitor / CPU / videocard.

FF code is a fatal error. Either the CPU or memory needs to be replaced. From the sounds of it though it most probable that the CPU is dead. Overclocked?

Monitor and video card sound fine.

I tried the video card in another system and you were right, it is okay.
I tried to switch memory banks and it now gives a C1 error, hopefully I can get my hands on another DDR stick today to test.

The RAM tested fine in another computer.
Being a newbie I spilled a mixture of distilled water and HydrX (coolant) inside my case, hopefully this won't permanently damage anything. I'm waiting for everything to dry and I'm wiping everything.
I'm going to try and re-install my CPU, see if that helps.
