Can you test the PSU on another PC? Also make sure nothing is shorting underneath the mobo, like a lost screw under there. Plug in ONLY the bare essentials to get a picture - no hard drive, 1 stick of ram, onboard graphics, monitor, no keyboard or mouse even, and see what happens.

I looked up that board spec so check your modules they should be PC-100 or PC-133, 3.3V only. Maximum system ram allowed is 512MB so if you tossed in 3x256MB this could be one possible reason the system isn't functioning.

Another possibility is the bios is set to init PCI graphics first over AGP so pop in an old PCI video card and get into that bios.

edit: ok you tried 1 stick so what is the spec of the ram you are using.

i tried 3 sticks 64 mb pc 100
and tried one 64 mb pc100
i tried a pci video card that didnt work

Assuming you connected the pc speaker and there are no beep codes then this is a puzzle, I would find the jumper to clear cmos and then give it another go with just 1 stick of ram and a pci video card, keyboard only and no other devices connected.
