In my eyes there's a big difference in a planned terrorist attack versus random mass shootings. The terrorist would have armed themselves and attacked one way or another once they are set on it. The others are able to do so due to the easy access of guns.

Note that his immediate medical expenses are fully covered by our Medicare system. There may be some rehabilitation work needed for his hand, and I don't know how much of this is covered.

But I have zero issues with a hero getting a few million
