Nothing demotivates me more than having sunburn!

I only have it on my forearms and still it's enough to make me not want to do anything constructive. I already told myself not to even try going to the gym after work, now I probably won't go out tonight either. What a pain in the ass, why must I have the most Irish skin in the world?? I'm not even *that* white, my skin just can't seem to take just a few hours of direct sunlight without protection. Serves me right for ignoring my flaws, hopefully I can recoup over the weekend. :sun: :|:|:|

I love the feel of a sunburn (not extreme sunburn), haven't had one in a long time and don't plan on it since its obviously bad for you.

Get a sun lotion with a high amount of cocoa butter, rub onto sunburn. I found that sun lotions actually work better to alleviate sun burns faster than ointments/gels/lotions specifically made for burns.

I sympathize, I was burned earlier in the week and refused to get on the elliptical and stretch the burny part of the skin :(
