Notebooks with IPS displays

I am looking for a light 13-14'' notebook with an IPS display. I've seen Sony's S150 with XBRITE and read about Fujitsu's CrystalView and IBM's Flexview techologies. Are they fairly similar in image quality? Does anyone else make these? Are the newer model less prone to "ghosting" problems or is that still an issue? Any input would be appreciated.
