Notebooks recommendations?

I'm in the market for a new notebook, but I really prefer Pointstick devices (Trackpoint, TouchStyk, etc...) to Touchpads. Does anyone have a list of models with Pointsticks or dual input devices (both Pointstick and Touchpad)?

A few that I know of include:
HP - nc8430, nx9420, nc6400
IBM/Lenovo - Thinkpad (most models)

Any others?

Also, any recommendations about what would best meet the following specs:

Size: 14-15.4"
Weight: <7 lbs
CPU: Core 2 Duo (any) or Turion 64 X2
Memory: 1 GB or more
OS: Windows Vista Home Premium
HDD: 60 GB (5400 rpm) or better
ODD: DVD+/-RW
Display: SXGA (1280x1024) or preferably WXGA+ (1440x900) or better

I currently have an HP nc6400 from work, which I really like, so I'm leaning that way, but I'm not sure I can get Vista Home Premium with it and it looks like it will probably bust my $1500 budget.

dell's latitude line is pretty good too. the Dell D620 (14.1") and D820 (15.4") would fit your range of sizes. idk the weight of the D820 (5.5lbs?) but the D620 is 4.4lbs, so it's definitely light enough for you. the D620 can be had with a 1440x900 resolution screen for $30. comes with the trackpoint mouse and definitely under $1500 with the things ur looking for
