I'm looking to buy a notebook sleeve for my notebook (it's 13.3"). Is there a good one with good build quality and price?

So far, I like caselogic and belkin.
 
I have used "ThePouch" products now for a couple of years. They are excellent - made of neoprene wetsuit material. They can be custome designed. I have many "pouches" - one for eachlaptop, others for the A/C adapter and cord, spare HDD, travel mouse, etc., etc.

Of course, one of the main reason I like them is they are only a few miles from my house. 🙂
