Notebook problem

I just took a old notebook out of the closet to finally try to repair.... i thought it would be a quick HD swap but its locking up at the entering setup


This also accurs with the HD out any solutions?

Its an old HP n3190

# Maximum Memory: 256MB
# # of Memory Slots: 2

lol so its celeron lol old thing i just want to mess around with linux on it i hope i can fix it
 
yes i did but it also locks without any drive in it. So maybe i should try taking it apart and reset the bios man i dunno i want this thing to work
