Notebook memory upgrade question

The Sony TZ notebook I ordered came with 1x1GB DDR2-533 memory. There's one memory upgrade slot. Can I put a DDR2-667 in there? Also can I pair it with memory of different capacity, ie. 1x1GB + 1x2GB = 3GB total?
