Personally, I would stick to crucial...

They have an online memory selector .... so you cant get the wrong memory....

I'm using the 512MB version of the Transcend 2700 from Newegg in my new T41... works great and a good value. It also has a lifetime retail warranty - I think the Crucial sticks from Newegg have only OEM - 1 year. However the Kingmax ones look good too...

I picked it up and put it in my T40, no problems so far. Granted I haven't had time to do much with it yet, but... Seems like it was a hot deal!

I'm debating between Transcend PC2700 ($97 after CA tax) and Mushkin PC2100 ($108 after shipping) for my X31. Opinions?

Heheh, there's a mushkin ad on the forums, I'm blind. Saved $10 + free shipping, makes it same price as Transcend. Guess I'll go with Mushkin considering price is the same.

And no need for PC2700, it's only X31.
