I can't stand Plastic Material, (feel too cheap for dumping thousands of dollar in)
here the some information i gather
IBM thinkpad T series
T30 Titanium
T40 Magnesium
Dell D series
D800/D600 use Tri-Mental (less plastic)
Is there any other PC laptop that offer less Plastic Material?
