Notebook graphics ?

Where can I buy a notebook graphics card without buying the whole notebook say if I wanted to replace it?

I've only heard of a few select laptops that could actually swap out the video card (from reading an Alienware ad a couple years ago). For the most part, I believe you are stuck with what you've got.
