notebook drivers

my hp pavilion 2020ca was taken back to future shop for repair (replace lcd bulbs) and when i got it back i formatted what they installed and re installed another os. Now im having trouble installing the sound drivers for the computer. i tried the ones on the website no luck any suggestions?

[*]NVIDIA or Intel chipset?

Install this one first and reboot

Install this one last

i did that and when i installed the second one i got an error "Could not find MEDIA for this device"
