I like to custom build P4 notebook with
2.0 GHZ min
512MB ram
XPPro
integrated wifi
Dual Display support.

I liked
http://www.ecsusa.com/products/a928.html
but it does not say it supports dual display.

I like PS610U-JHN849, SATELLITE PRO 6100 1.80GHz. It has everything but I am not sure about dual display.

Any ideas or suggestions?

Those both seem like great notebooks however, I have never seen a laptop the supports dual-display. Out of curiosity may i ask why you would need two displays on a laptop?

Powerpoint. If you've ever used it with dual display (well, actually, one for the monitor and one for the projector) you'll never want to go back. AFAIK, newer notebooks with recent ATI or Nvidia graphics chips can have a separate desktop for the LCD and monitor output, which should do what you want.

The first laptop you listed is an i-Buddy, which if I recall correctly does not have an internal battery. Plus it uses an SiS video chip, which I don't believe supports more than video mirroring.

The Toshiba uses a GeForce4 420 Go, so it is very likely that it supports dual monitors.

dual display:
I can use one of my old monitor and have fun which is 21" so I will have 36" display in total.

My 1 year old Dell Inspiron 8100 lets you do this. Actually...its a Tri-display...since it can output to a TV, monitor and the LCD display at the same time 🙂

Most laptops these days support it. My friends 2 year old POS Viao laptop even supports it 🙂
