Notebook Client Daughter Cards

I was wondering if anyone knew more information on these CDC devices. They seem to be the AMR/CNR type slots we find on desktop mobos but designed for notebooks. AFIAK, devices that are CDC capable mainly include Ethernet, Modem, and Bluetooth.

Basically I'm looking for a V.90 or V.90/Bluetooth CDC for my lappy. Anyone know where/how to obtain one?

I think you might be thinking of minipci. Dell's use them for their wireless networking cards among other things. I think you'll need to go to your notebook manufacturer, as they should have devices that fit in the chassis of your machine. A dell minpci card may not fit in whatever laptop you have. The connection may be the same, but the form factor may not be.
