Notebook autooff in normal window but fine in safemode

Hey guys my laptop keep turning off when loaded into window at ramdom time. But when i boot up in safemode it stays on forever and i dont know what's the deal is here..

I though about overheating so i took it apart clean out dust and even apply new thermal compound on it. Still didnt help.

So im asking if anyone ever experience this and know solution to this please help me out.

A service that isn't running in safe mode that's keeping your processor pegged and a failing cooling system is letting it overheat?
