Note to self: when the beer you drink has a high ABV%, you cannot have as much

I drink strong belgium ales (St. Bernardus ABT 12, Piraat Ale, ect) and they are all over 10% and yeh, you gotta be careful.

The other bad thing about them is that they are HEAVILY malted. And some people, like myself, have a tough time with really strong malted drinks. They just leave you feeling like you got hit by a truck in the morning.

It's a completely different type of drunk than you get from "lighter" beers and the hangover is a quite a bit worse.

I've been pretty drunk from Guinness (I really don't drink anything but Guinness and Scotch since I can't stand American beers), and it bothers me less than any other thing I've ever been drunk off of.

Guiness has a pretty low Alcohol%. It's around 4%.

The only beer that I drank heavy amounts of without crazay hangover action the subsequent day is Stella Artois. It's pricey though.

You slammed back a 6-pack in an hour. ahha.
