Reminds me of visiting the Ukraine in the mid 90's. There were no stop lights, no stop signs and no speed limits. They just drove. A 2 hour cab ride was only $2, but it was scary as hell.

it's like that in Taiwan right now. I'm in Keelung/Chilung taiwan, and I walk everyday.. I've been dodging cars and scooters (they jump onto sidewalks too) for a month now. Pedestrians? who?
