yea, most people don't realize, that Russia isn't exactly 'free' by any stretch of the imagination. Russians accept certain things, as the rest of their problems are solved. But yea, they also take bribes and typically use violence to force you to start bribing.

edit:  @ last punch

Most of the rest of the world doesn't when it comes to their police. There is a reason why some immigrants call us the "pussy police." Because we don't beat the shit outta them every single time. I've actually seen a guy cry because he thought we were gonna kick his ass on the way back to the station after being arrested. He was an immigrant from Russia.

Because our police are too busy writing tickets and busting hookers on Craigslist.

Real police work makes you tough.

Again, I'm gonna ask you, and probably not get a reply, on what exactly you would do as a police officer that would constitute real police work. Mind you, you have to be within the confines of our laws, constitution, and courts. Please, solve all my problems for me.

Tough choice. Probably either this, this, this, or this.

Or maybe grab a dozen at Krispy Kreme and squat on a speed-trap all afternoon.

Once again proving you have no clue what are you talking about.

I could have sworn you were in the Chicago area...

Maybe that is Lord Maul.

Anyway, if you are in Chicago for any amount of time, let me know, we could set something up.

It's hard to keep track of him.
He keeps changing his avatar to throw us of track but we are on to him.

I wish our cops would act this way.

It would bust down crime if Cops beat the crap out of criminals or delinquents.
