This is true, (a.k.a. - tru dat) but I don't think most newer cars have adjustable idler pullies.
And that is true... Most new cars have spring loaded tensioners.
Tyler/notfred.... Maybe the people in your apt complex don't know how to fix it, or cannot afford it. Why not show a gesture, and offer to fix it for them?
