"not valid win32 app" on windows 2000, valid on xp ?

I bought office 2010 home/business yesterday off of amazon specifically to install on a windows 2000 system.

When I try to run the install though, it tells me it's not a valid win32 application. The same exe opens fine on an xp system.

Anybody know of a quick fix for this? Thanks.

office 2010 is not supported on windows 2000, part of the system requirements state xp or newer (xp sp3 specifically)
