Not sure why a thread got deleted. Someone help me out here.

I've been around a while and have absolutely no idea why a thread got deleted. I had posted in OT asking for recommendations about what game to get for my fiancee as her first computer game. I come back two days later and it's deleted. As far as I know there was nothing lewd, improper, or illegal being discussed. I had gotten some good recommendations and it was helpful. If someone could clue me in on what was "deletable" about this thread I would appreciate it for my own curiosity.

Hey! I searched twice under my user name and it didn't come up. I SWEAR! Actually now that I think about it that has happened once before where a thread temporarily disappeared and then reappeared later. Ok, I'll accept idiotdom...but I'm still not sure it's my fault
