Hi guys,

I figured it's cheaper to get 2 GPUs rather than an expensive one with 4 ports. I do not need to game.

I'm looking at 21 inches but I'm unsure can I just buy any monitor brand and not sure what the term is but any bracket/stand. I want the setup as a square.

Thanks for any help.

For the monitors like that, you want monitors with VESA mounts, and then find adjustable mounting brackets or stands for your wall or desk. Multimonitor brackets, with rails to keep the monitors aligned with each other, do exist, but I'm not sure the prices, nor what else to look for in them.

You want a quad monitor mount to keep everything nice and square. Then just make sure that you get monitors with VESA mounting points (most do) and you're set. The exact type of monitor you get depends on what your specific use case is, but you typically want something with large viewing angles like IPS or MVA on a multi-monitor array.

As for GPU, yes it is often a lot easier to get two cards than one quad port card. Pretty much anything with dual-DVI will work since you're not gaming. A pair of these GT 620's would fit the bill nicely.
