Not Sure What Gives

A program that was written in Delphia that I have used with no issues for about 8 plus years has just stopped. Like an engine of a car that wore out. when I click on the executable I get this error message.

AppName: correction.exe AppVer: 0.0.0.0 ModName: kernel32.dll
ModVer: 5.1.2600.5781 Offset: 00012afb

I have not a clue! Any ideas?

you could try running it in Compatibility Mode or reinstalling the .Net Framework perhaps.

Shot in the dark: have you tried setting your clock back?

Safe mode great idea but didn't work.

Netframe is worth a try but I don't know how to do or where it is.

If it was written in Delphi ~8 years ago, the .Net framework has nothing to do with it. Most likely it's just some update you installed or something else that changed recently.

I found out it was a corrupt file, thank you for your help.
