Was looking to purchase a 5970 a month or so ago, and I couldn't find one in stock anywhere.

They had 2 5970s last week and both were sold out in 1 day. That one has been on there since yesterday at least so if you want one I would order it asap.

Usually you will see limited to 99 on most stuff and no limits on stuff that are not in high demand... Limit 4 probably means that they are about to sell out.
