I went through nwa.com, and found that I can register at milepoint.com through their link for 100 airmiles, and free magazine subscription (offered by milepoint).

I have been looking for ways to buy air miles... I have about 57000 airmiles, and I need 60000 airmiles to go home for the summer... I fly with northwest coz they're usually the cheapest. Anyone has any idea, please please please I would like to know. PM me or email me or reply please. I've also done the deal where I apply for a credit card from us banks and they give me 5000 airmiles, annual fee = $55. :(

You may want to check out Frequent Flyer section @ eDealinfo.com for the latest on how to earn bonus frequent flyer miles on major airlines. All the best on your miles quest.

I already signed up for usbank visa for 5000 airmiles. Anyone interested:
http://www.usbank.com/worldperks96

Got that from Northwest mailing.

Also, signed up for Milespree.com - Seems easy to get 8000 miles with them, but its specific to their site, and when u have 25k, they give u a free domestic round trip ticket, or they give u a credit of $350 on another ticket through their agent. I figured by going there everyday and spend a minute clicking on the links with free miles, I should get about 20 points or so a day, and 25k - 8k = 17k/20 = ~~ 90 days = 3 months => free $350 credit of round trip ticket! Seems ok deal to me.
(found out about milespree from edealinfo.com , prety good site!)

Most of the deals like that ("click here for points, we'll give u stuff once you have 57million points!") are full of s*it, but this doesn't seem too bad for me.

Anyone with more ideas on getting airmiles, please let me know!
