Not sure if I have a bad psu or if it's another component...

For about two months, my bros pc has been giving him trouble when trying to turn it on. It'll take several tries to get it to turn/stay on. I picked it up yesterday but not to work out the issue as it's been ok lately. Wanted to reinstall everything on his system but now I'm running into a bigger issue...

The second I flip the switch on the psu, the pc turns on. It sounds like it's power cycling but it isn't completely turning off. It's almost like it keeps rebooting itself.

I picked up a Ultra PSU tester - doesn't look like there are any issues. PSU passes the test. So I'm stumped.

Any ideas?

The Ultra tester obviously isn't the definitive tester when it comes to power supply testing - though it passed the test, the psu is definitely the prob. I went through the hassle of disconnecting my psu to connect it my bros pc - doesn't power up on its own. Good thing Antec is awesome with RMAs
