Not sure if Duron is overclocking right, bridges not connected well? Also weird temps

A7V and Duron 600, The multiplier can be 6-7 but no higher, even with 1.85 core. It's obviously not the proc cuz I've got it running with 7 mult. X 117 which is 819MHz. This is all with the stock HSF. (I've tried all core voltages) Some step I'm missing? Bad pencil trick? Oh yes, also I only have a 250W (probably not Athlon approv.) Power Supply.

2nd problem, ASUS probe is reporting 51-52 C temps no matter what I clock it at, nomatter what core Volage. Bad sensing from the a7v? I don't even know where that sensor is, under (in the middle of) the socket? Well I'll keep it up, sleep time, see you all later.

A7Vs sensor is in the middle of the socket.

It isnt' bad. it is actually closer to actual core temps than KT7s and other boards. It still isnt' good for any comparison purposes, though.

If it posts with other multiplier than it came with your question is answered. No bad trick.

Not true, my Duron 650 would only run at x6.5 and x6 after my first try with the pencil, now, after the second try, it runs at all multipliers up to the speed limit of the chip.
