Not sure how to install these drivers

I just bought a new LCD and I'm not getting a signal from the DVI port. VGA works fine, and using a DVI-VGA adapter from my video card works fine, so I'm thinkin it's probably just the monitor.

I downloaded the drivers just to be sure, and it came in a zip file with a .icm .cat and .inf file. What the hell am I supposed to do with these?

Thanks, tried it but still no worky. Guess it's just a dead ass DVI port, I'll have to see if there's still stock so I can get an exchange. What a pain in the ass.

Is the monitor set to receive on the correct input? Not all of them auto-detect and you must press the Input button.

Yeah there is no input button, there's a submenu in the OSD that let's you choose analog/digital but you can only get to it if the monitor is actually working.
