Okay now this a weird one but what i suspect can be solved quite easily (i hopes
)
Right. In Explorer in XP i click on the CD-ROM drive (its a dvd btw) and all that happens is the cursor immediately slips down to whatever is listed below the CD-ROM. It simply will NOT let me look at whats in the drive :/
In Win98 its fine (im on dual boot)
Now by simply making a new user and then logging on with this news users totally default settings everythings hunky dory again. Can see whats on this cd with no probs
So it seems to just be a setting somewhere but im positive i haven't messed it up by being a fool. Though i may have of course :/
Does anyone have any ideas how this immensely annoying problem can be solved?
