It's sad really, but at same time, she does not put any effort whatsoever. She's always eating fast food and stuff.

Pretty much. But she gives everybody a guilt trip and too many fall for it.

Caregivers won't stop feeding bedridden fatties because if they were the kind of person that could do that the fatty wouldn't have gotten that fat in the first place.
