Not really happy with MSI GX70 would MSI GT70 be much better?

Bought a GX70 the other day and while the build is solid I am experiencing lots of problems with the A-10 5750m CPU it's bottlenecking and not switching properly most games only show the iGPU HD8650g running and not the HD8970m.

So main question is while I am still able to exchange my new notebook would it be in my best interests to exchange it for the GT70 with the Haswell I7-4700mq and the GTX770m?

Is the CPU much better with the new haswells, and is the GPU comparable between the 2gb HD8970m, and 3gb GTX770m

Any help is most appreciated.
