not overclocking?

i use RT 2.05 to OC my 2900 pro and when i monitor it it jumps to the oc speeds under 3dmark but when i did it in game i noticed that it stayed at the default speeds. Is there any reason for this?

I'm assuming RT is RivaTuner? If so, try downloading something that works well with ATI's cards, like the latest version of ATI Tool.
