Not one word on the new Medicare Drug plan failures?

Was anyone else surprised that Bush did not mention the state of his Medicare drug plan? You know, the one where 27 states had to enact emergency legislation to buy drugs for people who may have died because the Medicare plan had and is continuing to have so many problems?
How can you call it a State of the Union when you don't even mention this?
