Not Mwave, Not Monarch, Where?

I'm looking to purchase a system with selected components, that is assembled and tested before delivery. I know both Mwave and Monarch offer this service? Is there anyone else as I can't find exactly what I want. Obviously I can just order everything individually.

Avoid Monarch for the time being. How about Falcon Northwest? They make the Fragbox. Not cheap I imagine. They're known for quality though.
