Not much difference between idle and underload temp?

hey check this out, my Athon TBird 750 running @ 900mhz 1.85v on an IWILL KK266 keeps on saying the temp of the OCed CPU when idle is 37c, when full load it's still the same temp. RIght now I'm using a POS HSF that came with the motherboard and CPU.. I'm gonna replace it with an Alpha 6035 but I wanted to do some test first to see how much of a difference will the Alpha have..

What could be the problem here, let me know...
 
Its the typical socket-a temp reading issues... temp changes aren't fully registered by the socket-thermsitor.. nothing to be alarmed at, though...
