Not Just Whistling Dixie(Dean tries (slowly, haltingly) to connect with Southern voters

Perhaps Dean needs to "cowboy it up" a notch or two. Bush is as blue-blood as they come, yet he has his "Ranch Rustler" persona to slip into. Works wonders in the red states, apparantly.
 
Me neither, when you have a whole section of the country who blames " tax and spend liberals" and ?minorities? (that's the word they use in public) for all thier problems it's a monumental task coming from the "yankee north" and high-falutin"educated" no less.
