I'll take into account when I consider ordering it from them next time. I did buy a DVD burner from them. It went just fine.

Not that it really matters, but the newegg card is 8x AGP also, while the Tiger one is 4x. So for 5 bucks more you get DVI, VIVO and 8x AGP.
