I've heard some states have like 40-60% of your average (one year) of your last job for unemployment. Some places are less, some are more.

I got an idea. . . . . hire a layer to file a class action suit against upper management . . . .

I don't think that that has happened before . . . . so you start a precedent and finally we will see justice come to the white-coller criminals!!

Too bad only the lawyers will actually see any of the cash and you will still be SOL, but at least the guys who caused the mess will also be SOL so you will feels better about it.
