Not for resale software?

I want to ask a question about this. I recieved some software that is NFR whould it be possible to say, put it in a cd case and sell the case and include the software for free? Is this acceptable? I have no use for this software and it would be nice to make some money for it.

No, it boggles my mind that someone would even ask this question.

Don't bother with eBay as someone else suggested, Microsoft checks for auctions selling NFR software and eBay will pull it. (unless you sell it as a regular retail version, then you'll get a negative feedback and they'll probably get a refund from Paypal)
