Not enough storage space error?

I`m using Win98 OS1(clean install),last couple of days I`ve been getting "not enough storage space" error come up when going to various sites on the internet,I`m using cacheman(power setting),IE5.1 & have my temporary internet folder storage space set at 125mb,I`ve 96mb main ram installed anyone know how to correct this sort of error.I also have a 18GB IBM harddrive,only 2gb used & virtual memory set at twice ram(192mb).
 
Goto the microsoft site and get the critical updates. I too had encountered this problem, but once the system was updated, i never encountered it again.
