I really liked both actors... but if I have to pick one, Clive would be the winner. He is far more versatile (from BMW ifilms to the movies like "Closer" and "Derailed")

somehow, it gets boring to see Jason doing the same thing over and over again, but for Sam L Jack, it's a simple pleasure just to see him say "Motherfukker"

I like him, but I think Clive Owen is a wee bit cooler. I like how they put him in a BMW in The Bourne Identity.
